Return Policy – Jewellery
At One Six, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every jewellery purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return unworn jewellery items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
· Unworn and in original condition
· Free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear
· Returned with original packaging, tags, and any certificates (if applicable)
· Accompanied by your order number or receipt
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following jewellery items cannot be returned:
· Earrings (unless faulty)
· Customised or engraved items
· Made-to-order jewellery
· Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’d be happy to assist depending on availability. If the new item has a price difference, we’ll adjust the payment accordingly.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the first month, please contact us immediately. We will offer:
· A replacement
· A repair (where possible)
· Or a full refund
We may ask for photos of the issue to help speed up the process.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Shipping Your Return
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
· We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
· One Six is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned jewellery, refunds will be processed within:
3–7 working days
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only.
International Returns
International customers may return eligible items within the same 30-day window. Return shipping fees, customs charges, and any import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
